Directions

From the North:

1. From the NJ Turnpike or I 295: Take Exit 7 from the Turnpike or Exit 56 from I-295 (130) and get onto Route 206 SOUTH.

2. 15 miles south of the turnpike turn LEFT onto Route 70.

3. Follow Route 70 to a circle (Four Mile Circle) where Route 70 splits into Routes 70 and 72. Take the 3rd exit along the circle, which reads New Lisbon (646).

4. Continue for exactly 1.1 miles and the Field Station is on the right. You'll see a gravel turnoff and a sign that indicates Rutgers University Pinelands Field Center.

From Tuckerton

1. Take Route 9 NORTH to the intersection of Route 72.

2. Turn LEFT onto Route 72 and continue for about 26 miles to a circle (Four Mile Circle) where Route 72 meets Route 70.

3. Take the 2nd exit along the circle, which reads New Lisbon (646).

4. Continue for exactly 1.1 miles and the Field Station is on the right. You'll see a gravel turnoff and a sign that indicates Rutgers University Pinelands Field Center.
